Making A Purchase

Making a purchase is easy. Browse the Product Sections in our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for the details that we need to be able to complete your order.

We accept debit and credit card payment from most UK-based card types. If you are shopping from Overseas then please contact us for delivery and payment options.

We use a secure card processing company called SAGEPAY to charge your card. Your card details are entered onto their secure server and they pass the payment through to us. We do not see or retain a record of your card details. Your card will be charged when you place your order.

On orders over £250 in value we may contact you for additional security checks before we despatch your order. In this instance we will contact you by telephone and ask for proof of address and/or identification.

We will acknowledge that we have received your order by email. As soon as possible we will either despatch your order or contact you if our supply circumstances have changed. We will do our best to deliver your order in a reasonable timeframe and at the prices quoted, but occasionally pricing and supply is outside of our control. Any change in price or unreasonable backorder delivery times will be notified to you as soon as practicable, and you will normally have the right to cancel the order and receive a refund or credit up until the point we despatch to you.

Delivery Schedule

Where possible we will despatch orders within 24-48 hours of receiving them. All NEXT DAY services are next WORKING day. Most of our deliveries require a signature at the Customer's end to confirm delivery. If the delivery is missed then it is your responsibility to liaise with the delivery company to collect the parcel or arrange a suitable re-delivery time.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you and keep you informed of the likely delivery date. You will always have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

Currently all orders via this site are subject to UK 20% VAT unless the goods are zero-rated. If you are exempt from VAT then you should contact us by phone before placing your order.

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach the SAGEPAY computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

We want you to be happy with your order. If you have any problems at all then you need to inform us quickly and we will endeavour to rectify the situation.

We will retain the personal information you supply to us in the course of submitting an order or an enquiry, for the purpose of fulfilling that order, responding to or processing that enquiry. Returns Policy

If you want to Return goods we have supplied then you need to call us first on 01376 402 006 for authorisation.

If we have supplied the goods incorrectly or if the goods are faulty then you will receive replacement goods or a credit in full for your purchase. Please note we will need the incorrect/faulty goods back from you before we can despatch replacements without charge.

If the goods were supplied correctly, based on the information you gave us when you placed your order, then we may levy a handling charge. This is normally 20% of the Order value, which will be deducted from any credit or refund we make to you.

Goods that are ordered on a Special basis solely for you, are Non-returnable unless they can be returned to our Supplier. Where return is possible, handling charges incurred by ourselves will be passed back to you.
